The Launch Firmafruit Strawberries & Cream desserts are launched at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair in September to a fantastic reception. The Green Light Food stand displayed the first prototypes of this new concept and met rave revues from many interested parties including Patrick Anthony from BBC Norfolk. Being touted as the "only brand new product on display" by visitors and exhibitors alike there was a buzz around the hall about Frozen Strawberries & Cream . We were besieged by companies keen to learn about our revolutionary processes and just as keen to taste the dessert. Visitors liked the concept , really liked the look of the product and loved the taste. |
